With a relatively low amount of calories per round, this is where picking up the pace just slightly each round will pay off enormously in the end. With the burpees, a pace that accomodates constant movement without complete loss of conciousness is ideal. For the farmer’s carry, the goal is to remain unbroken. However, with the way the movement is, breath is not as much of a problem as it is on the bike and burpees. Therefore thinking “fast feet, slow breath” will allow equilibrium to be more effeciently attained and going back to that quick bike pace more doable. 3 movements for 6 rounds. Easy.
