Stay at home mom but entering back into the work-force in medical billing. Don’t get me wrong I love being a mom and being there for my family but I miss dressing up for work.
What are some things you do outside the gym that people might not know?
I like to visit thrift stores and estate sales because you never know what treasures you are going to find.
Do you remember what your first workout was and what you thought?
Yes, it was on my daughter’s birthday, June 9th. I don’t remember what the WOD was but I do remember how I felt after. I was so tired and so sick I hung out in the bathroom thinking I was going to vomit. I thought to myself, “what did I get myself into.” And I was having some real regrets. But it was an experience I won’t forget as it was a wake up call that I need to fuel my body better.
What’s your favorite workout?
My favorite workout is when it is an AMRAP, everyone has the same amount of time and I don’t have to worry about being last. Power cleans and deadlifts are my fav.
What’s your least favorite workout?
Muriel’s Wedding. Has great ABBA music.

Nutritional books. I like reading about keto, carnivore, books by Dr. Jason Fung.

Facebook, asked one of my Corona de Tucson forums what’s the best gym nearby. They said IronGrip Crossfit and I googled, what is crossfit? and here I am.
If you had one famous person to do a workout with, who would it be and why? Jason Statham because he is so fit in his movies and I love his accent, but I would just watch.
