A repeat from August 30th, 2018. A relatively quick, slightly painful workout, with an emphasis on transitions. All three of these movements require constant movement, which makes the transitions all the more tempting to be filled with rest. Instead, try and make those transitions as fast as you can, and settle into a pace in the movement therein. Once you go, don’t stop. And breathe.
