A 1-rep max overhead squat attempt is much like trying to force the planets to align. A single small mistake will almost guarantee a missed lift. But the difficulty of the task only makes victory sweeter.


A: Warm-up (No Measure)

10 meter Spiderman crawl

10 meter Inchworm

10 KB swings

10 meter OH KB carry (upside down)

10 PVC pass throughs

B: Warm-up (No Measure)

Work up to 75% 1RM overhead squat


Overhead Squat (1-1-1-1-1-1-1)

Increase weight each set.

Attempt a new 1-rep max.
