The goal today can be improvement. Improvement in the sense of improving each round. The first round, feel it out. Try not to break more than 3 times on that carry, pick a nice pace on that run, and a smooth stroke rate on that row. Try to get just a little better on that second round. For that third round, go for your best round time. Aim for getting better with every round. Pick a weight for those kettlebells that you could do the whole 200 meters unbroken if you were fresh.
