A little bit of a chipper to celebrate this week’s hump DAY. Altogether, you’re looking at quite a bit of volume on all three movements, BUT, not so much that you can’t hold a little more aggressive pace. If you’ve done any workout going from bike to row, you know the rower feels refreshing almost, so don’t be afraid to push the bike just a little, knowing recovery will come within that 1,000 meter row. As for the wallballs, chip away and make sure you don’t blow up. Other than that, happy hump day!
