Medicine Ball Squat Cleans get very difficult, very quickly. That being said, have in mind the fact that you’ll spend a total of 5 minutes squat cleaning a medicine ball. So pace the prior and following movements accordingly. With the Rest mixed in there, going to failure shouldn’t be too much of an issue today. The biggest thing is just don’t stop moving. Practice that breathing endurance/cadence and stay consistent. Breathe easy, move well.
