A few of us might have done this one before, but the idea is that we get the same amount of time on the barbell each round, With decreasing run distance as well as decreased time domain, the idea is to do the run a tad bit slower than you might normally attack a distance like that, so that you can essentially sprint on the barbell when you get it, then rest, then repeat. So enjoy this one, because this’ll get you real quick if not paced correctly.
