Second in our series of 10 General Physical Skills is:
Stamina = The ability of body systems to process, deliver, store and utilize energy. This could simplistically be thought of as muscular endurance or strength endurance. How long and hard can you go before your muscles give out? Think of some of your recent workouts? Which one is giving out first? Cardiovascular endurance or stamina? We develop stamina through both our metcon and strength workouts.
