9 minutes isn’t a long time, but it will certainly feel that way if 2, 4, and 6 go by too fast. Before you know it, you hit the ACTUAL part of the workout (which is the 10-12-14 area) and you’re already gassed. So take it more conservative than you would think on those small numbers. Pace your breathing and your rest so that later, you can push it. 9 minutes, folks! That’s it!
