These are AMRAPs, but they are tricking you. They are interval workouts yet again, this time with a set rest. Meaning that first AMRAP, the aim should be to set the number low and make that the lowest. And keep it that way. There are only two movements to get through before you start adding up shuttle runs, but don’t go too hot where your cadence is too slow on the runs. Pace it right because you’re working all 4 minutes. Nice and easy, folks.
