2,000 meters can be an uncomfortable distance. It doesn’t last too long, but it sure as heck ain’t no joy ride. Because of this, it’s that middle section, the distance where it’s not the beginning but also not the end where we start to fall off a pace. Start strong, try 10 hard pulls, and then settle in for that middle section. Stay consistent. Then for the end, embrace the pain and go. The quicker you do it the faster it’s done. So get it done.
